About Bilal Khan

Bilal has over 14 years of experience in assurance services with number of leading firms in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Pakistan. Bilal brings a diverse skill set developed over years of experience supporting a diversified portfolio comprising of listed, private and government organizations covering various sectors including financial institutions, trading, services and manufacturing concerns. Bilal’s core expertise are in assurance services, where he has delivered and led several complex audits, managed large teams and worked closely with client audit committees and board of directors on significant internal control weaknesses, risk exposure mitigation strategies. He has worked with various Fortune Global 500 and private companies with respect to transactional advisory and group tax structuring and supported several local and foreign entities in the first-time adoption of VAT in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Additionally, Bilal holds in-depth experience in implementation and application of IFRS and has supported several Companies in their first-time adoption and ongoing clients. Bilal is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and CPA Pakistan. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University UK.
